主要職責(zé):
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)管理包括工藝安全管理、產(chǎn)線優(yōu)化性能、利用DBS工具進(jìn)行工藝生產(chǎn)改善；
Responsible for production management, including process safety management, production line optimization performance, and leveraging DBS tools for process production improvement.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)成本管理，包括成本優(yōu)化，BOM校準(zhǔn)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)管理；
Responsible for cost management, including cost optimization, BOM calibration, and standard working hour management.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理，主要包括售后投訴/客戶投訴原因分析，產(chǎn)線一次合格率；
Responsible for production quality management, mainly including analysis of reasons for after-sales complaints/customer complaints, and the *** pass rate of the production line;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品，包括NPD工藝，產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)移，定制品或產(chǎn)品升級(jí)；
Responsible for new products, including NPD processes, product transfer, customized products or product upgrades;
5. 協(xié)助經(jīng)理及其他技術(shù)人員，完成上級(jí)交給的其他工作。
Assist manager and other technicians to complete other tasks assigned by superior.


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

1. 本科以上學(xué)歷，高分子化學(xué)、分析化學(xué)、材料化學(xué)，藥物化學(xué)，化學(xué)工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)
Master degree or above in Polymer Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Material Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering or related educational background.
2. 具備較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析、應(yīng)用儀器操作能力、圖畫軟件操作能力，掌握軟件/電氣知識(shí)
Possess strong skills in data analysis, instrument operation, and graphic software operation, and master software/electrical knowledge
3. 具備工藝相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年以上
Have more than 3 years of experience in process related work
4. 英語口語能實(shí)現(xiàn)交流，讀寫流利。
Good English communication skills especially written English.
5. 較強(qiáng)的溝通能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力，具備創(chuàng)新和持續(xù)改進(jìn)的意識(shí)，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能迎接挑戰(zhàn)
