1. To organize and file the process documentation in accordance with quality system and production
2. To support manufacture engineering (Equipment trouble shooting, safety issue
3. To support or lead some industrial projects launched in plant
4. To support MTM (Methods Time Management) implementation in SBMV (Study process improvement)
5. To monitor the production capacity based on the order intake and get investment plan base on forecast
6. To guarantee the correct set up of process information into SAP (BOM and Routine)
7. To continuously take improvement actions of manufacturing engineering base on SPS principle
8. To work together with quality department to improve product quality
9. To optimize workshop layout base on MPH principle
10. To support Purchasing or Sub contract for supplier manufacturing process 11. To coach other Method and Assistant Method engineers
Requirements：
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Bachelor degree in IE or Master degree in Engineering is preferred
- 3~7 years erperience in methods process, 3 Years in Manufacturing, management or project experience is preferred Discrete manufacturing industry background with equipment and Industrial engineering knowledge
- Fluent English, Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic, able to work under pressure Good communication and presentation skill
